Worst receptionist behaviors
The accessibility of the property and the convenience of the neighborhood was very poor. There are no meal and laundry services neither.
The room was in decent condition, but the staff's attitude and professionalism was very, very bad.
In particular, the staff member named RIAZ was very offensive in his behavior at the reception, using national and racial slurs throughout the entire interaction. It is very questionable if this is the face of the hotel that welcomes guests.
If I ever visit this country again, I will never stay at this hotel again.
