The food is good, the staff is great, if there is anything you have an issue with they will help you out. Depending on the type of stay you are looking for, they have the amenities. Hotel Alcampo is a regular go to for me when in QRO.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff were helpful. There is no airport arrival pickup but shuttle to the airport can be arranged. The exercise room was well equipped. There is no large pool. Only certain rooms have a small pool attached to them. The restaurant food quality was mediocre. This hotel is in the industrial area of the city.

The room was very small I requested the room that had three beds. in the website there mentioned that they have 24-hour shuttle. It's not through and it's not free. Like they mentioned , The make it very difficult to take you ,to the airport, they did not have if not towels in the room,I made a reservation for four people. Three adults one kid 12-year-old ,they didn't have towels for everybody. They made a big deal, when I called to the front desk to request them. they had a dolly so you can help yourself with the luggage and it was flat. The people in the front desk have some behavioral problems they don't treat you correctly, We had a horrible experience from the very beginning. I do not recommend this hotel to nobody, The service overall is not good.

Upon arrival, they said that we were checked in to a room which was not in the main hotel building, but rather a drive-in section of a motel. They charged me $10 more to place me in the main building even though the reservation that I had originally booked was in the main building with Expedia. The hotel was clean, although the rooms were very noisy because of the highway traffic and the poor insulation for noise control in the rooms, also the beds were uncomfortable.

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones son adecuadas, limpias, no es grande lo cual no lo hace que este saturado de gente y bullicio, el restaurante tiene mucha variedad en el menu, el personal siempre muy amables. Lo unico que se podria mejorar es el servicio del WIFI, es muy inestable y para estar trabajando en la habitacion es muy problematico e incomodo. La ubicacion esta muy bien para llegar a los parques industriales que estan alrededor, pero para ir a Queretaro si esta un poco retirado, solo se puede llegar en taxi si es que no llevas vehiculo propio. Solo para referencia.

We were greeted by the staff in a way that felt very welcoming. The shuttle service to the airport was arranged by the staff the night before and they were very prompt the morning of departure. We had an early flight, so a quiet room was very important to get a good night rest (they exceeded our expectations). Our room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was a plus and food and service was exceptional. We will definitely stay again in Alcampo and refer our friends and family there. Thank you to all staff!
