I loved this hotel. It is right in the middle of downtown Hampton Bays. You can walk to the train, there are tons of shops, there is a bar and spa right next to the hotel, and it is right near Franchescas (they have amazing italian food). The beach is a short bike ride down the street. Also the owners are the best and were very accomodating. I would definitely recommend.

I spent 3 nights at the Hampton Bays Hotel on Main, and it truly was a surprisingly pleasant stay. The room was just the right size. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner and had some wonderful conversations. Will definitely stay here again.

It was much smaller than expected and you could hear everything. It was also pretty warm and there was no way to request or adjust the temperature in the room. There was also no designated parking which is fine but it would have been nice if it was specific where we could park.

I had a great stay. I was bracing myself for loud noise throughout the night based off the reviews . For the affordability , i was willing to sacrifice a quiet stay. To my surprise, there was 0 noise and i had a great stay. Rooms are clean and easy to access . Also easy to find street parking . I definitely will be booking again. Spent a night here for my girlfriends birthday and it was just what the Dr ordered. The room was cozy with a humongous bathroom, GREAT SHOWER PRESSURE,plenty of windows,oh and we had a few cool options on nearby places to eat. Definitely coming back in the summer.

This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.

Submitted the date I wanted to stay. However, when I saw my confirmation it was the wrong date. I immediately contacted Expedia to try to correct this. Their AI said I could not cancel they would try to correct the date. Then after a long wait time they replied there was a no cancel policy at the hotel. Next I tried to contact the hotel by both email and phone and could not get through. I am extremely dissatisfied both with the hotel and with Expedia. This was very expensive!!!!!

i arrived after 8 and could not check in,,, the phone was unattended all was dark…I had to go on my phone find another hotel in the area .Not a good experience i would not ever consider a hotel with no human monitoring the desk or phone
