As a business owner in the event management industry, I expect a high level of professionalism and hospitality—especially from a brand like Marriott. Unfortunately, my recent stay did not meet those expectations.
From the condition of the room to the handling of accommodation requests, the experience fell short of what I’ve come to associate with Marriott properties. It was not the caliber I anticipated, and overall, it felt absolutely unacceptable for a facility under this brand.
