I have to give a high staff rating due to the hospitality received from Yolanda, She assists you perfectly in any way. But cleaning staff lacks major in cleaning rooms, i can always tell a story of each room and who was in it by the filth left behind, and the ac units are always halfway in the wall, i always need to stuff all the towels im provided with to cover the holes from outside. and gotta wipe the tub down cause its always so gross .

First we waited twenty minutes for a desk attendant. Then we got to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. The bedspread had yellow stains all over it, the curtain had burns in them, the walls weren’t even painted. The worst part was the smoke alarm taped to the ceiling. The room was so bad that we left and requested our money back only to be told to see a manager. I have pictures I’d like to post so no one else believes the positive reviews like we did.

A few shops nearby. Bed was very uncomfortable. Floor was sticky. No plastic bags for ice bucket. No, dishwasher in room. Like it was advertised. I was staying for 2 days. I was given 1 small bar of soap that wouldn't even last have a day. They surprise you with a $50 deposit and then try to find a way to keep it when checkout time comes. Horrible place.

Middle of the night the heater went out
But the receptionist was amazing. Brought another blanket. And even helped me get the heater running again.

Was put into a dirty room, ended up cleaning feces with my own hands, and bed was disgusting still had dirty wet towels in bath, then i was moved to a new room to find out it was occupied the people running this place are ao clueless and dont care about you, ONLY reason i come here is cause i can play my game system, which after last night ill probably never come back. i almost got bit by a dog woulda been a hefty lawsuit on top of making me clean feces on my own time. Very very bussiness. One very great worker who needs to be promoted thats JoJo she works amazing and helped me settle in and fix these issues the main people cause by being ignorant. They were asked by JoJo if 301 was ready they said yes but had people living in it........ quite fustrating all i wanted was to have a nice easy check in. And then i got offered 10$ off my next stay.... i want a free room... oh but they cant do that... pathetic hotel

room was clean but didnt have many towels, the shower fixture was broke so it was mounted super low, had to clean the toilet myself, and heater kept going out and switching to cold air.
The neighbors were stomping profusely till real late

The room was clean, however the upkeep of the rest of the building was not. Carpets were dirty, torn and elevator looked like it never was vacuumed.

The room was freshly cleaned, I could smell cleaning products. Don’t expect excellent service- there was a phone put out at the front deck and I had to press 0 to reach them.
There was a lot of hanging out going on in the lobby- I didn’t mind, it’s a very small town so that’s normal.
1 bar of soap and a travel shampoo bottle was provided, I ended up not showering because the towels had stains.
Very quiet and honestly I would stay again if they improve quality of cleaning and service.

didn’t recieve room service until the day before check out, the stairwell near the back of the building was somewhat falling apart, the hairdryer everytime turned on smelled like it was either butning or on fire pretty much
