The whole process was very streamlined. Excellent communication. Even though there’s no hotel lobby there’s really no need for it. Everything is done online. Instructions were all very clear. I was very impressed by the incredible cleanliness and neatness of the space. All the amenities you could possibly want for a short stay. Plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, easy access from the train station with a short Uber ride. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay again!

I would absolutely stay here again. Any complaint is small in comparison to the affordability and convenience it provides. Everything was immaculate! I was happy I checked the windows because they were unlocked and ground-level. The bed was not to my comfort level and frame was weak and squeaky. You cannot brush your teeth in the bathroom because the sink is so tiny and the mirror/medicine cabinet is low and juts out over it so far that you have to duck down low under the mirror, contorting your head to make sure you spit in the sink. After I had to clean the floor more than once, I just brushed my teeth in the kitchen- easy fix. Water pressure and temp were great! AC was great! Great location!

The check-in was a little confusing and unexpected, but maybe I didn't read the fine print. It's all virtual. Everything else about the experience was fine. I appreciate the kitchenette, but the TV didn't work. Good location. Not far from downtown. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Incredibly convenient to the airport and at a really affordable rate. The rooms are hit or miss, as I've had a great stay and also had some cleanliness issues. Overall, if it's just a nights stay for the airport, this hotel is the best affordable option.
