We stayed here with a soccer team. We enjoyed our stay and would use this place again. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the rooms were clean. They have a nice patio lawn area with open seating to relax.

Receptionist gave poor customer service. When asked about fixing the TV which wasn't working, she said there is no service and that's it. Found some hair randomly throughout the room. No ice machine in hotel.

Very spacious with comfortable beds. Right off the highway & area has nearby choices to grab some food. This will be our spot when visiting TN.

Overall a good stay but the floors weren’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced daily and our stove stopped working temporarily at one point. But staff was helpful.

Stayed 3 nights for my business trip, extended my stay for next weekend due to friendly staff, clean room, quiet environment even with the highway is near, and great security system in place. Highly recommended, ask for Angela or Marvin, they're so informative and has a positive vibes.

The room was really nice, and the staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they charged a pet fee for our dogs despite the fact that they are emotional support animals. This extra fee was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website.
