정말 청결했고 저희에게 필요한 게 다 있었습니다. 아이 식기도 준비해주신 것을 보고 서비스가 참 섬세하다고 느꼈습니다. 일본 숙소들 다들 정말 작은데 여기는 큰 편이라 4박하는 동안 꽤 편안했습니다. 수납공간도 곳곳에 알차게 있었구요. 삿포로에 머물기 전에 다른 곳도 여행했어서 옷 세탁이 너무나도 필요했었는데, 세탁 및 건조 올인원으로 된 세탁기와 세제가 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 물론 건조대도 있었고요. 오도리까지 가려면 15분 정도는 걸었던 것 같고 (근처에 트램도 있긴 하나 그거 기다리느니 걷는 게 나았어요, ㅎㅎ), 숙소 근처에 편의점 2개, 슈퍼마켓 3개 정도 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 그리고 집 근처에서 인생 스프 카레집을 발견했고 (YPIP CCC 강추!!), 현지 분들이 줄을 서서 사 가는 샌드위치집도 발견했어요. (산도리아 여기도 추천!) 단지 한 가지 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 호스트랑 직접 소통할 수 있는 매개가 없었던 점입니다. 호텔스닷컴 앱 내 메시지 보내는 기능은 왜인지 모르게 계속 오류로 연결이 안 되었고, 문의를 하려면 앱 내 상담원을 통해서 한 다리 건너서 해야 한다는 불편함이 다소 있었습니다. 호스트의 메일 주소나 메신저 정보가 있었다면 더욱 좋을 듯합니다.

記載されている写真の通りアパートタイプの宿泊施設でしたが、「NESTLE」という表示や名前がどこにも見当たらず、最初は少し不安になりました。 チェックインも通常のホテルとは違い、アパートのため自分で手続きをする形式でした。メールアドレスの入力ミスがあったのか、詳しい案内が届かず不安でしたが、電話で問い合わせるとすぐに対応してくださり、丁寧に教えていただけて安心しました。 室内は清潔感があり、洗濯機も使えて便利でした。 アパートタイプの宿泊施設のため、他の部屋には実際に住んでいる方もいらっしゃいました。私たちの部屋はエレベーターを降りて非常灯の下のドアを開け、左側にあるお部屋だったのですが、チェックインをしてから部屋番号が分かったので、少し場所が分かりづらかったです。事前に詳しく教えていただけていたら、よりスムーズに到着できたかなと思いました。
