Recommend to family traveler.

Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget， clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! Night time after 10pm returning hotel could be a bit insecure for solo lady traveler coz finally will need to walk through a quite small alley (it’s short though will always have other pedestrian) to arrive hotel.

check in 人員說不整房不用付每晚10歐，check out女經理說是mandatory，口氣很強勢，真是裝肖維！apartment 不在check in處，走一段路，拖行李過橋，没有電梯，一人提3個20公斤行李上3樓！

Nice stay

Nice hotel

Not too far from train station. Close to some nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Staff were very nice and helpful. Reasonable for Venice.

Excellent hotel

The hotel locates in central area, near two boat stops, which is very conventient to other attractions. Hotel manager is very nice to answer every question. We got a useful map from hotel as well. We had a great time staying in this hotel. Truly recommend!

Good hotel and helpful staff

very nice stay experience, helpful hotel staff. best of hotel i stayed in my italy trip. Only one weakness is that its location is not that close to main trainstation. 3 bridges need to cross which make troubles for the guest who has bring large luggage.

Lovely Hotel

We stayed in the family room and it was perfect! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the location was great! My only complaints were the shower in the master bedroom was way too small, luckily some us were able to use the larger shower in the adjoining room. Also, the bed in the master room was so firm, almost like sleeping on the floor! We still had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
