Muy buen hotel, recepción y áreas comunes remodeladas y bastante bonitas. El animador FRANKLIN es una JOYA , sin duda ayuda mucho a pasarla bien dentro del hotel, igual las actividades que tienen planeadas. Las habitaciones muy amplias y bastante cómodas. Las instalaciones de playa bastante cómodas y elegantes. Quizá el buffet pueden mejorarlo con mas variedad pero esta bastante cumplidor LO NEGATIVO: Una vez haces el check out y te quitan la pulsera pierdes todos los beneficios y eso en ningún ALL inclusive nos habia pasado, sin duda ayudaría mucho conservar los beneficios aunque sea de la bebida para poder disfrutar mas en lo que partes del hotel

Me fue muy mal. El hotel está muy deteriorado, instalaciones defectuosas, la habitación tibia mucha humedad y me tocó cambiar y seguía igual. Al hotel le falta mantenimiento. No se dejen engañar por las fotos. Tuve q cancelar la reserva antes de tiempo porque no era capaz se seguir allá.

This place is a hidden gem. A little dated but the staff attentiveness over powered the looks. The food was amazing. Only thing I dislike is all inclusive had a tier a not available with my booking. Would have been extra for premium alcohol. Only thing I can really say I didn’t appreciate but. Overall great place.

False advertising, when made reservation it states unlimited national Colombian beer and others alcoholics drinks. The only choices of beer is ONE club Colombia and only that one. Some of the other drinks available staff didn’t have ingredients to be made with. The mini bar in the room is another is another false advertisement, two beers to be shared.

If you're looking for a luxurious vacation this resort is NOT it. The food was bland and not very well cooked. There is construction right next door to the property which was very off putting. Little to no activities and it's very far from any excursions. Bar always closed although I was told it was supposed to be until 1am. There is only ONE POOL. Too many kids and crying babies. Would NOT recommend. 3/10 stars
