The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the bed was decently comfortable. However, we were on the same floor as the restaurant and it was quite loud in the mornings. There was also a restaurant down the street that played very loud music at 1am one of the nights and the windows did not filter the sound very well.

Nous avons passés 2 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été bien accueilli, le personnel est réactif, poli.La literie est très bien. Le petit dejeuner est fournis : il y a du choix. Seul bémol: on entend tout , les gens dans les couloirs, les alarmes de voitures , le concert des chiens et comme on nous avait dit à l'accueil le wifi ne fonctionne pas tres bien selon où on est.

Muy ruidoso, me tocó habitación al lado de un bar-cafetería.. fue imposible dormir hasta pasadas las 01:00 am. Terrible considerando es un viaje por trabajo, y no hicieron esfuerzo por cambiar la habitación.

Una estadía que no estuvo a la altura.

Hotel de muy buena limpieza, ubicación muy buena. Lamentablemente la habitación es muy poco funcional, el sector de la ducha debiera mejorar ya que el agua sale hacia afuera mojando la sala de baño. El sector de comedores no lo encontré agradable, al no existir cortinas y estar puesto la televisión a un volumen alto, era molesto. El ruido de maquinaria en una parte del edificio era a ratos insoportable.

Muy bueno el recibimiento, la habitacion muy espaciosa y moderna decoración, la limpieza perfecta , la vista al maravillosa, desayuno muy rico y variado , se puede usar la piscina ( con aforo) , y su gran terraza para los que fumamos ,en general es un hotel muy tranquilo y todos muy amables en su trato, además la ubicación cercana a restaurantes de comida gourmet , pizzas y la playa cavancha a 4 min caminando , hace de este hotel , una de las mejores opciones en iquique , felicidades y por supuesto que volveremos . Altamente recomendable

Hotel que con el tiempo ha ido bajando su calidad y en detalles. Las paredes de la pieza sucias y manchadas, baño sin jabón, toallas deterioradas y percudidas, desayuno no alcanza para todos y el personal para reponer tampoco. Esta bien ubicado y tiene aire acondicionado, podría dar mas este hotel.

Good location and sea view. It not so new like at the picture. Air condition not working, in room phone nether, bathroom door not shutting. But the most epic was breakfast. 20 minutes awaiting just to serve coffee! there were only bread and butter. not even water to make a tea! no cleaning service ... well what for if they have nothing to eat?

Caro para lo que es. Tarjetas de habitaciones se bloquean todo el tiempo, wifi asquerosamente malo (tuve que gastar todo mi plan de datos para poder trabajar dandole señal a mi notebook durante una semana); desayuno lento de servir y deficiente; en la tv se ven puros puntos; no cuenta con ningún tipo de servicio de comida ni en salón ni para habitación. Lo único que salva es la ubicación. Para nunca más.
