It was like having a personal concierge who anticipated our every need. Need assistance planning an adventure? Done! Looking for a ride to explore the local gems? Absolutely, right away! The seamless efficiency of the staff was nothing short of impressive, keeping us pampered throughout our stay. Now, the accommodations—oh my! The rooms were exquisitely designed, radiating a vibe that’s chic yet inviting. Waking up to the city views each morning felt like a scene out of a movie! And let's not forget about the culinary delight that turned our sweet tooth into a full-blown cake frenzy: the coconut cake! It was heavenly—fluffy, moist, and bursting with coconut goodness. I dare you to taste it and not dream about it for days! And just when you think it couldn't get any better, there’s a delightful little spot nearby called “Baked” that serves the most phenomenal coffee. Seriously, you’ll want to start every day with a cup of their brew in hand while soaking in the Belizean sun. The combination of The Palms and “Baked” created some of the most cherished moments of our trip.

Clean, large hotel room with accommodating stay
Very nice hotel stay. Clean, large room. Quiet and safe. Pool and gym were a plus. Very close to Municipal Airport. Very accommodating. Coordinated with arranging pick up from airport. Also recommended and arranged taxis to restaurants nearby.

Farbulous! We stayed at The Palms on two separate occasions during our visit to Belize: once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. Both times we were greeted at the gate with a refreshing wash cloth to cleanse our face and hands. The hotel is very new (less than one year old) with enormous, well-appointed rooms and lovely amenities. The rooms and grounds are immaculate and everyone we met was so nice. During both of our stays, we were treated to a delicious loaf of coconut bread that served as a late-night snack and a quick breakfast. The hotel will help arrange private cars, taxis, and tours. The Palms is located in a safe area of Belize City and we felt very comfortable walking to dinner at a restaurant a few blocks away. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. Pool right outside the door. Marlin was excellent and very helpful! Avi the driver was great, Jose was our taxi guy…..really enjoyed the hotel and staff. Awesome coffe/beeakfast/snack shop around the corner.

Better Than Expected
This place is very upscale and had great amenities. the rooms were spacious. the welcome drink and snack were wonderful. Driving up through the neighborhood it was a pleasant surprise as its surroundings where a residential area so the boutique hotel seemed out of place, but everything felt safe.

Perfection with wonderful staff
Perfect! We rented a car and had multiple day trips planned and this hotel was perfect from it. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop our bags (and even had them in our room waiting for us when we came back). The room was spacious with almost any amenity you’d want including a very well stocked kitchen. We had fresh coconut bread waiting for us too. They even had washcloths and a makeup remover washcloth which is unusual for hotel rooms these days. It was basically a luxury hotel on a budget. We were provided with a clicker to get the car in/out for the gate. They have a small pool, spa and gym. And the grounds were maintained. The real highlight is the staff. Marlin provided recommendations and contacts to tour guides. Between him and the other girl, they made us feel more than welcome and it just elevated the entire experience. The owner was in contact frequently via messages, making sure the stay was as expected. This place went beyond my expectations and I would hands down stay here again. You should do yourself a favor, and just book this place now

Our stay at The Palms was incredible! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, made even better by the amazing folks working there! The room was gorgeous, had a super nice balcony to lounge on, and the pool was perfect! Marlon, the concierge, was amazing and super helpful with recommendations and accommodations. Already wishing I could go back!
