The space was as overall very clean and welcoming. Just note if you prefer comfy sleeping arrangements that you by default only get one pillow for a double room. We had to ask for a second one and got that accompanied immediately. No complaints about service at all. In addition the mattress was so hard we struggle to sleep and we have sore hip/back after 3 nights. A slap of stone would’ve been equally soft.

The actual room bore no resemblance to the photographs advertised on Hotels.com. Most egregious was a massive concrete pillar situated directly against the bed. This structural obstruction made it impossible to lie down flat, forcing me to sleep awkwardly at a diagonal angle—an experience that was uncomfortable, to say the least. Furthermore, the window opened directly onto a local collection point where the entire neighborhood dumps its waste. The resulting stench was utterly unsupportable. Rather than addressing the root cause, the hotel management merely masked the odor by heavily spraying the room with a cheap air freshener. Ultimately, it was difficult to discern which was more offensive: the synthetic perfume or the smell of garbage.

Great large room. Very clean and new. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Parking near by. A little hard to find as it had self checkin.

Fantastic!

Fantastic place! The owner has been available since the first day and answered all our requests. The room was very clean and perfect after each daily cleaning. There were many complementary things available in the room. I would recommend for everyone if they go on holiday in Treviso.

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely stay at level up, very friendly greeting on arrival, our cases we stored as we arrived early, and on our return all ready placed in our room. The rooms were clean with tea and coffee and snacks. We had a small balcony to sit outside overlooking a little square. Cafes and bars in easy walking distance. I would definitely book again.

A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Stanza molto bella, moderna e confortevole. La manager molto cordiale e gentile a dare informazioni e aiuto. Molto buona la pulizia ogni giorno. Consigliato.

Not easy to find but when you are in there it is fresh. All new. A tip is to put up some information for the guests. Anyway they answer the phone quickly. Nice town Treviso
