When we arrived I informed the lady at the front desk I was traveling with a service dog, and was told we do not allow dogs. I again said it was a service dog and was again told we do not allowed dogs. She was so rude and the building was so dirty my husband said let’s just go. While I was asking to talk to the manager so I can make sure we are not charged for the room, another lady came in and told the front desk lady that we had a dog don’t let her check in. I then informed the lady that I let her know that we were traveling with a service dog. She was also very rude. I will never recommend this hotel to any one. It was the worst experience ever. By the way the manager never reach out to me the next day. I did leave my number for them to do so. My son has medical issues and he needed to used the restroom along with my husband and the restroom was so disgusting and dirty which was one of the reasons he didn’t want to stay. If the lobby areas were they bad what were the rooms like?

The beds were ok but they werent new and they had a thin topper on the bed. Was super tired and it was not real cool all night. The a/c kept going off and on.

Great location. Could use some freshening up.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meat. Room was cool but musty smelling. Bathroom had mold in the caulking around the tub.

Was very disappointed

Had to change rooms 3 times. Big urine spot on the mattress when pulling it out to make the sofa bed, smelled very strong. 2nd room had a very strong chemical smell, covering up a moldy smell. 3rd room was okay. Pool and work out room closed. Ice machine only worked on one floor.

This place is disgusting. From the moment u step in the doors and see the stained nasty carpet, to the moment u look at all the patches on the ceiling and the second u get in the elevator, almost trip on the threshold, then feel like the elevator is not going to make it up to the 2nd floor!!! Nevermind the smell of mold and filth and over pricing!! The roaches great u at the door of ur room! The stains on the couches make u feel not so at home, if u clean EVER. The black mold, brokes tiles and disgusting floors and corners will definitely be worth ur $150!! Not to mention the pubes on ur hair dryer, the broken sink as well as 2 phones in the room that dont work!!! Plenty of pics taken but the app wont allow me to upload so....stay at ur own risk is all im sayin!!!

We stayed in a King room, however the bed pillows were couch cushions covered in pillowcases. Would’ve expected better from a Choice hotel. The continental breakfast was kinda sad itself, only cereal, waffles, biscuits & gravy and some pastries were offered. The lady at the front desk was great!

Overall it was fair. I left a note before leaving. My husband let them know the tv wasn’t working and to try something, we did but the tv still did not work (no reception) tried calling the service desk 5 times and was never answered. 3 stars

There are some minor repairs around the property that would go a long way to make things look better (i.e. a leak in the lobby ceiling, room numbers falling off the wall). However, other than lots of doors slamming at night, our stay was pleasant.
