性價比高，但風景及舒適住宿不能同時提供！

風景優美尤其夜景，地理位置佔優勢（交通方便食肆及購物熱點），店長Sam 是個很nice 嘅人尤如當地朋友的幫忙（不能不讚）！但酒店房間設備老化，缺陷很多感覺令你沮喪，通風系統明顯不足！概括來說：要求風景優美、交通方便，你找對了性價比高的酒店；要求住宿舒適為重點的話，價錢已經反映出酒店嘅設備不能多作要求（認真考慮下吧）免得失望！畢竟魚與熊掌不能兼得⋯⋯

Excellent location!! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants!! We got a beautiful corner room with amazing views of the city and harbor. Sam at the reception was very helpful! He helped us book a city tour. Everything turned out PERFECT! We were very pleased with his recommendation. Breakfast was GREAT!

Great staff! Location was perfect with great view and close to the bus station/ shops! Also not as many stairs to walk up/ down to get to the hotel.

First of all, this property is definitely not a 3 star. For customers, this is situated downhill with a lot of stairs to climb down and which is fine. what's worse is, they dnt have a bell boy or porter to bring your luggages. They expect customer to follow up with them instead of they asking and informing the geographical challenges of the hotel. People with kids n big luggages( as per the property manager Sam says) should travel light. OR see elsewhere. I would not come back to this property and also the photos are too well angled and deceiving. Location is the only thing I think is good with this hotel rest of it, not so great. Look elsewhere

만족한 미코노스 섬의 숙소

만족한 숙소 였습니다. 풀장 위치 아침 조식까지 저는 매우 좋았습니다. 중심가에서 조금 멀리 떨어져이지만 숙소까지 택시비 10유로면 새벽에 어디서든 올 수 있습니다. 많은 분들이 거리 때문에 고민 하실텐데 그럴 필요 없습니다.

Não foi uma boa escolha

Acho que consegui o único quarto sem vista. O meu era no andar mais baixo e ao abrir a janela a vista era da mureta que dava para a rua. Da rua a vista era incrível, mas não era isso que eu esperava. Muuuuitas escadas, mesmo sendo algo comum para Santorini, vá preparado. Café da manhã muito fraco. Quarto super escuro. Banheiro grande porém com um box minúsculo, sem porta ou mesmo cortina. O gerente é muito gentil. Não volto e não recomendo.

Hotel en muy mal estado, habitacion en muy mala conservacion, pintura, humedades, barandillas de madera podres etc, (No puedo poner fotos me las rechaza) la habitacion q nos dieron por mucho q la busque las fotos no aparecen ni en esta web, tampoco la web del hotel, ni en ningún buscador de hoteles. (Las fotos es la unica referencia q tenemos para pagar la reserva de los hoteles y mas cuando es sin derecho a desembolso) redesenbolso) hacienfo la reclamación en el hotel y de malas maneras q ez lo que tenia reservada y q no podia cambiarnos, total dos noches en un estado lamentable y pagando como buena habitacion, ¿presunto timo?

Me gustó la vista. No me gustó la publicidad engañosa. La habitación sin mantenimiento adecuado. El piso sucio. La madera de la ventana destruída por el paso del tiempo. No tiene piscina al aire libre y la cubierta es de agua fría. No tiene hidromasaje. Lo publicado es erróneo

快適な滞在だったが、ホテルまでの階段が少し大変。

空港やイア行きのバスターミナルや観光の中心地にも近いためロケーションはとても良い。ホテルのサービスは良く、周辺の観光のアドバイスを親切に行ってくれた。ホテルの受付および朝食の会場からの景色はとてもきれいだった。部屋は広くて快適だったが、ツインの部屋からはオーシャンビューがよく見えなかったのが少し残念だった（他の部屋に変えてもらえるか頼んだが空きがなかった)。ホテルの入り口まで行くのに長い階段があり、約20㎏のスーツケースを運ぶのにとても苦労した。

No one told us that there was works going on right outside our balcony, we was woke up every morning, disgusting service and the noise was unbearable. Ruined the holiday entirely.

Manager was v helpful and flexible. Location great. fabulous view close to everything. Indoor pool a bonus. Room v basic and bathroom in need of serious upgrade. Cistern kept noisily refilling. No shower curtain. Looked sad. Kindest way to describe breakfast is minimalist.

The hote are amasing, very helpfull. The hotel is in Fira, near to the port and the airport. Nice view of Santorini and the volcano. Nice breakfast. But, poor lightening in the room.. i had to put my light phone in the bathroom.. the shower is so small, water goes everywhere.. the dryer work so bad and was falling appart.. When we arrive, water was on the floor due to the bad tempeture outside... i don’t think it’s worth the price.. it was the more expensive of our stay in grece, and the worst room... Also, worst wifi ever, our room was next to the reception, and we weren’t able to connect or send photo to our familly..

The room was nice and clean, staff was nice as well however the heat in the room was not up to par nor was the hot water. The wifi connection was bad but the connection is better on the top floor closer to reception

This hotel has an awesome view of the caldera and it's centeraly located. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, sheets, towels, blankets very very old and in some cases stained. The bathroom/shower is torturous!! You have to hold the shower with one hand the whole time and there is no shower curtain. The breakfast was very basic and repeatative.

外観はとても素敵でした。お風呂場は薄暗く老朽化が進んでいる印象でした。スタッフの方は少し威圧的に感じました。 wi-fiが繋がりづらいです。

Hotel with nice view

Nice cliff top hotel, view is amazing but access to the hotel is a journey. Potter would pick up your luggage from main square then you go up steep stairs then you go down several steps again to get access. It is not suitable for elderly with mobility problem . Overall the view is absolutely stunning and I enjoyed staying at the hotel .

Ottima posizione, ma molto essenziale

Hotel con meravigliosa vista sulla caldera e nel cuore pulsante di Fira, veramente a due passi da ristoranti e negozi. Colazione buona seppur minimal, personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile per esigenze o consigli. La nostra camera era ampia, ma il bagno veramente molto angusto e dovrebbe essere totalmente ristrutturato. Il balcone ha una vista impagabile, ma al pomeriggio è totalmente al sole e quindi fa molto caldo; sarebbe stato ottimale avere un ombrellone per goderci pienamente il relax. La notte si sente la musica della vicina discoteca o altro locale, ma non è così invasiva da togliere il sonno. Per accedere alla strada principale si devono fare diversi gradini in salita, con una scalinata molto ampia e quindi fattibile.
