Overall great experience!
Very happy with the size of the room and the full size fridge and kitchenette! Super helpful with a family. Confused, however, there were zero kitchen supplies in the kitchen (knives, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cutting board, pots, pans … just empty cupboards) rendering the beautiful apt size kitchen a little useless since we wouldn’t be travelling with that stuff. Also surprised there was no bathroom supplies like hand soap, etc. Otherwise we really enjoyed it. The bathroom was pristine felt like we were the first people to use the tub!

No ice
No ice…. Although the full refrigerator was amazing, we were supposed to get our ice from the ice maker in the freezer. It was obvious that no water line was connected to the ice maker. I turned it on, the freezer did its job, but no ice was made. If we hadn’t needed ice for an injury, it might have been no big deal….. BUT, we did need ice ( I actually froze water in a zip loc bag)…

It's a nice, new hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Our blinds would not roll down, so we used a blanket to cover the window. Not many food options near hotel. Close to interstate.

My Place is new (a month old) so everything was brand new. The room had a full kitchen, range top, full refrigerator with ice maker, counter sink etc. my only complaint was all the lighting in the room was on one wall switch and there was a lamp on only one side of the bed.

I wanted to love this place. It's only been open for a month. Very nice looking and comfortable. Full size refrigerator and 2-burner cooktop. But no one ever replenished our coffee, towels, toilet paper. There was no good lighting near bed, so I couldn't read a book in bed. Breakfast was not included.

This is a new hotel. It's convenient right off the freeway. Not much around it yet. The town of Randolph Vermont is just 4 miles away with restaurants and gas.

Brand new hotel still in search of optimal service
The hotel is new and modern, but was build with several missed opportunities, especially from a European perspective. For instance, there is no separate waste collection and no garden to enjoy the pleasant 82°F weather, only a large parking lot. Additionally, some essential services were lacking. The Wi-Fi was disconnected every few minutes, the worst I've experienced around the world in years, and despite multiple complaints, it did not improve. The billing was also incorrect, though it was corrected after a second complaint. The team is still getting up to speed, which is understandable given that the hotel has only been open for a week. This will likely improve over time. On a positive note, I appreciated the kitchen in the room, which included a fridge, stovetops and a microwave. However, the fridge was quite noisy, and it was disappointing that no kitchenware, such as cutlery or coasters, was provided (it was announced that way, but still, the furniture will be better protected with placemats etc.)

Brand new, convenient and great condition off I-89
Brand new hotel, so its in great condition. Very convenient - only 2 minutes off of 89. Room was big and well equipped with a kitchenette. Convenience mart at front desk is nicely stocked with various options. Only comment is that Room 107 is basically right off of the hotel lobby, so if the hotel is booked, the exterior noise could get very loud.
