El chek in fue Fabuloso gracias Rosy (deberian darles un curso de como hacerlo al hotel Xcaret Mexico). Todo el servcio de comida, limpieza y los meseros excelente en particular el de Henry. La única área que creo que pueden mejorar es en el club Kids (En una ocasión no habia nadie cuándo fuimos y no nos quisieron dar informacion las señoritas que ya tenían actividad afuera con los niños. También no estaría mal recibirte con una sonrisa).

An Unforgettable Stay at Royal Hacienda
I had the privilege of staying at the all-inclusive hotel "Royal Hacienda" during my recent trip to Mexico, and I am excited to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service from the staff. The kindness and willingness to assist were evident in every interaction. Alfredo from the reception team stood out as a truly great person. His warm welcome and helpfulness set the tone for our entire stay. Genaro, from the restaurant staff, showcased incredible hospitality and ensured that every meal was a delightful experience. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made dining at the hotel an absolute pleasure. Moreover, Jared, who took care of us at the poolside bars, provided impeccable service. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring we had a great time by the pool was truly commendable. The food at the hotel was simply delightful. Each meal was a culinary experience in itself, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. Furthermore, the rooms exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is evident that it has been well-maintained over time. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The service at the hotel was of the highest quality in every aspect. From the front desk staff to the waitstaff in the restaurants and bars, everyone was dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Everyone at the resort was kind and friendly! The property had everything my family needed to enjoy our vacation and there was access to arrange for excursions from on the property. Our kids LOVED Kids Club and the activities!
