HOTEL OF HORROR

First of all when we got there, we had to change rooms because there was no AC in our room. Then they refused to bring us the towels we asked for we had to walk all the way to the front to get them. Around 11 o’clock at night when we needed the room change we waited at the front door for 10 minutes before someone came to unlock the door and talk to us. When we got put into the new room as soon as I touched the bed, a roach ran from underneath the pillow. Our second night we got back pretty late and there were several creepy men just hanging outside of the hotel just watching us. We felt very unsafe due to being 4 women, on top of the uncomfortable and disgusting room we were in. We ended up leaving around 10:30 the second night. Not completing our stay. Will never stay there or somewhere like it ever again

Will probably stay somewhere else next time

When we arrived it took us 4 rooms before we found one that the door lock and air conditioner both worked. We had to walk back and forth across the property each time to tell them it still wasn’t working. The front counter lady seemed very annoyed by having to change rooms again, and she never once hung up her phone call the entire time, not a work call she was discussing a recipe and couldn’t be bothered to help. We also requested ahead of time for a bottom floor and was put on the top floor. We travel to the area every few months and we have always stayed here. It wasn’t the nicest but it was clean, quiet and we always got good service up until this time. We will probably be looking elsewhere for the next trip.

Horrible place to stay

My keycard didn't work the entire time I was there i kept having to go to the front desk to get my door unlocked when they finally came to fix it on my last night there they didn't put it back together properly so it fell off the doors between rooms the one on my side was broken so had they put anybody in that other room and they wanted to come through to my room, I'd have been out of luck and the breakfast gave me food poisoning

Muy viejo y sucio

El hotel está muy viejo. La primer habitación que nos dieron estaba infestada de moscas y tenía un olor feo. Por suerte nos cambiaron de habitación pero de igual manera estaba sucia. Tenía una toalla de baño usada y colgada en la ducha. Una cerveza y unos cheetos en una silla. La sábana que ofrecen para taparse es extremadamente delgada. En el desayuno solo tenían café frío y dos bagels que no se veían recientes. En general no tuve una buena estancia y no recomiendo el hotel si lo que buscas es limpieza.

Card info not secure.

I was was charged for an extra night did I did not reserve nor ask for I checked out early left room cleaner than what I got it when notice the extra charge I couldn’t even be contacted by management and front desk offered no help whatsoever I work for my money and being charged an extra night stay is a lot of money especially if I had wanted to pay that much I would have actually selected a much cleaner hotel the price I pay is what I get but they should not be making unauthorized charges they say your information is secure when booking with them online now I know that’s a LIE worst service ever.

The frist thing when we enter the room it had am odor and no sheet on the bed only a bad spread we left the next morning and then we came back in the evening. The room was entered, but no towel would change. The bed was not made up, and when I asked, I was told that I had to request it. But they took the old towers out, but never replace them

Sucks

It was a terrible stay. We arrived & the room they put us in the 2nd bed was broken, half the lights didnt work, sheets dirty & phone didnt work. 2nd room lights didnt work. 3rd room was smaller, killed 2 bees inside, tv remote disnt work, dirty floors, mold on curtains and half of lamps not working.
