O quarto estava limpo e com tamanho adequado para quem carrega malas. Tem apenas um elevador que sobe nos andares mais altos e estava constantemente ocupado pela equipe de serviço com carrinhos.

Está muy bien ubicado, a lado de dos súper mercados, restaurantes y la playa está como a 1 km. El personal muy atento, el desayuno bastante completo, solo falta un poco más de limpieza en las alfombras de los pasillos pero los cuartos están impecables de limpios

Super satisfaisante de mon séjour Hôtel très bien situé avec un mercadona juste à côté on peut s y rendre à pied en 2 min En face un restaurant à volonté japonais Si vous voulez aller dans le centre ville c est très facile ainsi que prendre l autoroute pour soit aller sur Barcelone ou bien remonter vers Girone Le personnel est très gentil et efficace La chambre a été faite tout les jours avec les serviettes et draps propres Je conseille de prendre le parking car le jour de notre départ une voiture a l extérieur s etait fait ouvrir et voler pas top lorsque l on est en vacances. Si je reviens sur Mataro je retournerai de sur dans cet hôtel.

Un souci dans la chambre le personnel réagi vite pour régler les problèmes. Propreté rien à dire, tout est clean. Petit déjeuner copieux. Pour profiter de la fraîcheur, il y a la climatisation pour mieux dormir.

We found Mataro to be a great place from which to come and go to Barcelona a this hotel was an easy place to stay. Just a walk along the waterfront to get to the train! The rooms are pretty basic but clean and adequate. The breakfast is good. Staff were lovely and helpful.

We booked this place just to spend the night and continue our journey to Madrid the next morning. Positive: The bed was comfortable, the price was reasonable compared to Barcelona’s overpriced hotels and they have complementary coffee for all guests. Negative: This hotel location is not ideal as it was hard to find a restaurant for dinner that night within walking distance. The bed sheets smelled clean but the bathroom floor didn’t look clean, I am not sure if it was a stain on the floor or was just dirty but it didn’t look right. The main door for my room (329) was really hard to open and close, it looks like there was a flooding at some point and the floor by the entrance was raised so the door was really stuck, the hotel was aware of the situation so I am not sure why they thought it was ok to advertise this room as a Superior room, this was not even the cheapest option available. I don’t want to imagine what the option below would look like.
