Comfortable hotel with a beautiful chapel.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and polite. Had a room with a beautiful view of the garden and the Sanctuary. Just a 5-minute walk through the hotel’s garden and the picnic area of the Sanctuary to reach the Basilica of the Rosary. Everything worked well in the room. The tv had cable channels. Breakfast was a continental buffet - cold cuts, bread, yoghurt, fruits, cereals, cakes, juices and hot drinks. The best part of our stay was being able to attend daily Mass in the beautiful on-site chapel (7.45 a.m. on weekdays). The Masses were beautiful as well - no disturbances, serene and very respectful. We booked this hotel because we wanted to attend Mass in a quieter ambience. The chapel has the presence of the Blessed Sacrament and is open 24 hours a day. There is free public parking on the road just outside the hotel and a private, hotel-designated parking lot on the opposite side of the road. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again at this wonderful hotel.

Good choice

Great value. Excellent location. Good amenities. Breakfast as advertised - continental - no hot offerings, but a variety of breads and pastries, meat and cheese, yogurt and cereal. Clean bed and bath. Hardwood floor was beautiful but could have been a little cleaner especially around the edges. Overall a good stay and we would choose to stay here again.

Good for the night

The hotel was nice. Very close to the Fatima cathedral. It’s a good place if you plan to stay the night. Breakfast was ok, simple continental type. Very quiet. Nice bathroom. Room in general was spacious.

Perfect Location at the Perfect Shrine

The view from our room is the Basilica, it does not matter what time of day you look out the window, this beautiful church is very visible, lit at night and different cloud formation during day time. The distance from the Sanctuary in just a few minute walk away, which makes it perfect. Any closer could be a bit noisy. There is a grocery within a block away which makes it perfect in getting your ice cream, bottled water and if you are bless, a newly cooked egg custard. There are different types of restaurants around the area, all within walking distance. For 7 days that we stayed, we joined the nightly rosary and procession at the sanctuary that starts at 9:30 pm. and walking back to the hotel just before 11 pm was very safe. Also, I walked three times to visit where the 3 visionaries grew up and were Baptist was just a bonus.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. It is located within walking distance to the basilica and its rooms are serene and comfortable. The chapel in the hotel is a good place for prayer.

Very very clean hotel

The hotel is very close to Basilica, there is the access at the back of hotel to the basilica if you want to walk, about 10 minutes (but there is hill up and down). The cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed. The staff is very helpfu, especially Anna, the receptionist who gave us all the info we need for the pilgrimage, as well as the places to visit around Fatima. We will book this hotel again when we come back to Fatima.
