O quarto tinha um ar-condicionado antigo e totalmente ineficiente; a limpeza do quarto não era boa, pois ele cheirava mal; as toalhas, colchão, e lençóis eram velhos e desconfortáveis e, por fim, o café na manhã não era tão bom.
