I really enjoyed my stay here. It was my first time traveling solo, and as a woman I felt safe here. It’s located in a good area near restaurants and not far from the fun activities. Staff was nice, room was clean, and everything worked as it should have.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful bathroom design and really nice staff. Cleanliness wasn't that good in the room, the rug was filthy, covered in hair, don't think it has been vacuumed in a long time. Every time I'd walk on it my feet would get covered with hair and dirt.

We arrived at 328pm and were told check in was 400pm. The front desk person was not friendly. Manager and day staff excellent. Room was not as advertised. Over night sounded like construction in the building. Our second day water was out in the am and power was on and off. Also walls and doors very thin and could here everything inside and outside. Construction was going on at 800am in the building with out notice. Over all never again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean. The room was extra large. The room was well decorated. The only small hiccup was the water pressure in the shower was low. My overall stay I’ll give a nine out of 10. That’s only because the water pressure was low in the shower. I will definitely come back to this hotel anytime I’m in Puerto Rico. This is my number one hotel to stay at. Awesome stay awesome hotel and awesome staff.

Nice Stay

Found this hotel on Hoyels.com, found it to be exactly as discribed. This is not a big hotel, tht lobby and hallways amall but the room we stayed in was large,comfortable & up-to-date. Wifi was free and good. This location is right on a busy street with restaruants & stores right next to the hotel. Dispite being on a busy street our room was quiet. King bed was very comfortable. Parking was supprisingly easy. The hotel provide a pass to a nearby parking garage for $20.00 a day but we never had to use it, parking on the street close by was easy. When we return to Puerto Rice we will make this hotel our first choise. Would not recomend it for families ith young children, it is an urban invrioment
