Easy, quick check-in process. Comfortable room and great location close to River Walk. Internet connectivity was excellent also. Only 'semi'-downside was the breakfast buffet. Not terrible, just not a great selection.

Location is great only a few minutes walk to the Alamo . The bad part is no parking lot to park your car, valet parking is provided if you want to pay more. The nearest public parking deck is 2 blocks away but you also have to pay fees to park there. Fortunately, the hotel is located in walking distance to the river walk, mall, and the Alamo that we did not have to drive again until we are leaving the city. Service was ok, employee will say hi to you and help you but you can tell they don’t want to be there . Can’t really say it’s staff’s fault because when do we really want to go to work right ?

When writing reviews even if everything is nearly perfect I try to toss in a issue for a property that might need some work. Can’t come up with anything that needs some work

Service was good, the room was dirty though. I travel quite a bit and my main concern when staying in a hotel room is cleanliness and it was not up to par when compared to the last 3 hotels I recently stayed at. I would not stay here again.
