I arrived quite late after 2300. The gentleman on the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. He was just a delight and made a perfect first impression. I thought it was so kind of him to offer to bring my bags up for me and asked if i needed anything. The room was spacious and clean. I had no concerns with the room at all. The bed was comfortable and loved the smell of the bodywash provided. In the morning when i checked out, the lady behind the front desk was also a delight to talk to and was also so friendly. Overall, really impressed with my stay. Thank you! I will definately come again.

Wasn’t too sure how the room would be as it was much cheaper than the other hotels. It was a cool room, the receptionist was very friendly.

Rooms are great value for money and well equipped. It is the staff which make this place great; Customer service is impeccable! Pet friendly! This hotel doe not have a bar or restaurant, but as it’s situated in a service station, there are plenty eateries in the doorstep. Great pit stop place to rest during a long journey.

A Clean room, bed was a bit too soft for us as we like a hard mattress. We took one of the accessable room as I am disabled. The bathroom has a low height sit in bath which lots of grab handles Loads of food choices next door and it is very busy
