Padecimos mucho con el tema de que no había agua caliente debido a que usan paneles solares y eran días luviosos con poco sol , lo cual deberían de tener una segunda opción para estos casos , no se hace cambio de toallas ni sábanas, sin embargo en su descripción dice que es de manera diaria , la ubicación es maravillosa , es una propiedad totalmente nueva, el personal de vigilancia por que no hay recepción como un hotel muy atentos, amables y pendientes en todo momento , el Grrente cada que tenía una situación y le escribía respondía inmediatamente y daba solución pronta a cada una de las situaciones , aún le falta por terminar la Mayoría de las áreas comunes sin embargo siempre se nos dieron opciones de lugar para tomar desayuno, gimnasio en convenio , etc

Nos quedamos sin luz
Punto en contra: Me quedé 3 noches de las cuales nos quedamos sin luz 2 noches. La primera pcasion fueron aproximadamente 2 horas pero la segunda ocasión fueron aproximadamente 8 hora sin luz (cuando los departamentos de atras y hoteles cercanos si tenían luz) lo cual fue muy incomodo porque no podia cargar mi celular para poner laalarmay al día siguiente muy tempeano me tenía que levantar para ir al aeropuerto. La luz regresó a media noche por lo que no pude dormir mas que un par de horas por esperar su regreso. Otro punto en contra es que no hay servicio de limpieza (en las 3 noches que estuvimos no nos limpiaron la habitación) ni te ofrecen más productos indispensables como papel de baño, shampoo, etc. En ningun momento se nos comentó si había limpieza o no, simplemente no se nos informó. No tiene aire acondicionado pero sobrevivimos con un abanico, lo cual está bien PERO el problema es que no teniamos luz para encenderlo. Aún despues de regresar la luz el elevador dejó de funcionar por lo que tuvimos que bajar con las maletas por las escaleras. Puntos a favor: habitaciones amplias, el edificio es nuevo, la ubicación es buena.
