The overall rating of this hotel is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, location is good as it close to museums and site seeing place, restaurants nearby are good also, it takes 15 mins walk to find good foods Transportation is good also, buses stop at hotel no matter they are from airport or city. However, front desk are not speaking fluent English which need to be improved. Another improvement is, please allow guests to control the air conditioner temperature.

I liked every staff. They were friendly. I liked my room, but due it’s been a quite year of hotels, walls were crumbled, mattress was bit uncomfortable (woke up w bad backache). I hope hotel do some redo of hotel facilities. I hope I get to stay in same room next time. Thanks to The Suite Hotel!

중문에 있어서 접근하기 편했습니다. 미니바쪽에 청소가 조금 덜되어 있기는 하였으나 나머지 부분은 청소도 잘되어 있고 좋았습니다.

Located in the middle of Joongmoon tour district, South Jeju Island. Hotel is family oriented with access to many restaurant and stores in walking distance. Hotel has a small pool and spa offering massage service which priced better than local venue with coupon from hotel. Quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. Stayed duplex and it was great for me and my mom. Great for family or business stay. An hour drive from Jeju airport.

the bunk beds were a great amenity for the kids! also, the bbq houses near the pool
