Wonderful hotel.. excellent fast check in and check out.. hotel and rooms were very clean and up to date in comfort and appearance.. breakfast was excellent a big variety of food offered with serving later for people who like to sleep in . I would definitely stay here and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

We booked a suite so we would have enough room for 5 people and when we got there they had rented our room to someone else paid extra and then didn’t get what we paid for

Pool doesn’t open until 10:00.
Everything was fine except that the pool didn’t open until 10:00 am. There is no reason why the pool should open this late.

Great, but "Accessible" Not
Great site, service, food, and room... EXCEPT the handicap accessible tub was SOOOO scary!! Not really accessible- too far and slick tub!! I was told I would have a roll-in shower, and then it was not made available to me when I was there on arrival.
The pool was green. Also, I'm not sure that it was handicap accessible.

Cross country
Internet, even the paid internet was minimal. Breakfast was a grab and go type. Hotel is nice, plenty of shopping around. El Patio restaurant was very good.

Chose this hotel solely upon the fact that the website said this property had a hot tub. It did not. It has been filled in.
Just wish these folks would update their website. Breakfast left much to be desired. The lady taking care of it was friendly enough. The choices were just not good. Maybe if I had been down to breakfast at 6 when they opened, I would have had different choices who knows. But if it says 6 - 9 then I should be able to expect the same food at 8:45.
