There was a man in the hallway across from the pool wearing a beanie and sweatshirt hanging outside of the pool area. He did not appear to be an employee and kept looking into the pool area throught the window. Being a female with my children, I am very aware of my surroundings. He seemed suspicious, until I saw him enter the maintainace room. That made me feel better as I knew that was an employee. However, it would be safer to have ALL employees dress in a manner that identifies them as an employee and wear a name badge at all times. Other than that, the stay was great.

Horrible breakfast and uncomfortable beds

The breakfast was gross. The bed was uncomfortable. The check in process on my first day was horrible. No staf were smiling and all of them seemed to be frustrated and upset.
