Wh E arrived late and were told we had to wait until they did a nightly audit at 3:00 am . It was around 12:30am when we arrived. Unacceptable so we left and did not stay.i wrote and requested a refund. The place was in a very bad part of town also

Our room was very clean and comfortable. As soon as we stepped into the hotel there was a nice fresh smell. Breakfast was good and hot. There was a lot of close by eateries within walking distance.

This is an older hotel, and though it has been renovated it still felt a bit dingy and dated. The location is great and the staff were very courteous. We unfortunately had some noisy patrons on our floor that woke us up at 3 am.

Hotel itself was ok, but listed as having a laundry area and it did not and was one the reasons I picked the hotel along with free breakfast. We do travel ball and needed to wash uniforms and then the last day we left at 7 and still no breakfast when it was suppose to be open at 630. The drain in the bathroom sink was stuck

Good value

It was friendly and clean, breakfast was fine. Better than other recent hotels we’ve stayed in. The toilet was a little fussy and there was an icy area outside that needed salted better. I wish they wouldn’t charge $12/day for their own parking lot but could be worse.
