I wouldn’t recommend staying here again. The photos used on booking sites and the resorts own website are misleading and false. Descriptions such as “refurbished/renovated” were used however the apartments we experienced & viewed were in original condition. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. A severe lack of natural light meant that the curtains were covered in mould and bathrooms showed signs of black mould. Beds were old and less than comfortable. Bedding was basic and no doonas were provided, just starched white sheets with old, stained blankets. Kitchen utensils were less than adequate, no tongs for bbq, no vegetable peeler or potato masher, broken cutlery, one very small frypan which broke - handle fell off.
Toiletries were basic and almost unusable. Staff weren’t helpful. Don’t bother putting requests in or even booking months in advance as requests aren’t taken into consideration until 24hrs before arrival, at which point they probably won’t be able to accomodate. Lucky my special needs child wasn’t wheelchair confined and able to use stairs as we requested a ground floor apartment but were met with - you have to call the resort and book directly over the phone with an additional cost to guarantee a ground floor apartment. Apparently 7 months of holding our funds wasn’t good enough.
