Une gentillesse extrême, un personnel très serviable et un lieu très confortable et bien décoré. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe du Riad Kalé Polis. C'était toujours un plaisir de rentrer dans cette jolie petite maison et la chambre était très confortable et nettoyé chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et la navette super pratique pour une première fois à Marrakech. Merci pour tous vos conseils et votre aide. Je recommande chaudement!

Great Raid, location was good for some of the tourist areas. The host meet us from the taxi that picked us up at the airport to guide us through the side streets. Breakfast was included an excellent.

Riad Kalé Polis is charming and peaceful despite being in the heart of the Medina. It is within walking distance of major attractions such as Jemaa el-Fnaa, Bahia Palace, and the souks. The strongest aspect of the riad is undoubtedly its staff. We were met by Mohammed on arrival with warm hospitality, and he continued to welcome and look after us along with the team during our stay. 0ur room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always served as a varied selection of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, eggs, yoghurt, and coffee. Mohammed remembered from the first day and always kept our coffee topped up. Cannot wait to return

Let me just started by saying, this place is severely underrated. This is another reason why I wanna go back to Morocco, Marrakech and stay there for another week because of the team warm hospitality. I really don’t like too much in details but if you are reading this, say less just book now

Very helpful and kid staff! You feel like you are staying with family! Beautiful place! The only complain I have is shower curtain being moldy! Also be careful as cars cannot get to front door so you need to carry your bags from street to Riad.

Nous avons passées un excellent séjour dans ce Riad; tout le monde d une gentillesse extrême. Le Riad est calme et reposant. L accueil est top et la cuisine extra. Merci en particulier à Mohammed pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse. Les filles d à côté de pignan.

I loved staying here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The riad is located right in the Medina- about a 15-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa- and within easy reach of many of the main attractions.

The wonderful owners/staff made all the difference to our stay. They could not do enough to help us plan our excursions and give restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was varied and I particularly loved a glass of fresh orange juice every morning. Our room was very nice and having lovely new towels every day was a real luxury. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay rhere again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic as it was near the main market square. And most importantly, the staff was beyond kind. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of.

Absolutely wonderful place and staff. You feel like you’re at your grandparents house. The owners are lovely people, they will make you feel more than welcomed. Mohamed was so attentive and caring. The whole experience was amazing and peaceful. Will definitely be back!

I stayed here for only 2 nights and I wished I stayed longer.I loved everything about this Riad! The room was very clean had a lovely spacious bathroom.The location was perfect,walking distance to the souks but still very quiet.The owner was amazing! There was a slight language barrier but she was so kind and helpful.Also,Mohammed(I think that’s his name)was super kind.He helped me with my luggage to the main square as I had an early morning flight.I would definitely stay here again!

Riad très agréable. Chambre spacieuse Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très bon accueil, merci aux propriétaires du Riad pour leur gentillesse, leurs conseils... L'emplacement du Riad est parfait pour visiter Marrakech à pied, de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Nice bed, GREAT bathroom, rooftop where you could find a more private corner, lovely new breakfast everyday, super clean, such sweet and relaxed staff. The other guests seemed pleasant as well. The tiny birds singing and flying around was also a cute touch. Would definitely stay again.
