Wonderful stay
It has a old country charm when you first walk in, I loved the staircase. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were there extremely early for our check in and was asked to wait about an hour, we went to Walmart and when we came back we had a room, it was clean and it was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay there everytime we are in Carlisle Pennsylvania.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable, room was very clean. Love that this facility permits pets as we must travel with our Yorkie. Some amenities not available due to Covid. Bag breakfast was ready for time we pre-arranged. We will choose Country Inn & Suites in Carlisle PA whenever we stay overnight when visiting.

A big, hand-written sign at the entrance read "STOP: No Mask, No Service." Under that was "Welcome to the Country Inn, Enjoy your stay." The irony of that greeting was not lost on me. The woman who checked me in was cordial, but the rest of the staff bordered on surly. And despite a marked menu, they got my breakfast order wrong both days. Good news: my room on the front of the motel (not facing the highway) was quiet and the room was comfortable. A little Dale Carnegie training for the staff would raise their rating a lot.

Adequate! Plumbing needed to be addressed! Ex. Bathtub didn’t drain properly when taking a shower! Front desk was very nice, professional, and accommodating!

Awesome service
The person at the front desk was kind, cheerful and very accommodating! We arrived very late and she even got our breakfast together since we were leaving by 4:00am. Great service!
