The room was exactly as pictured. A bit spartan but super comfortable and everything I needed. The thing that I’ll always remember from my stay, there was the staff. Extraordinarily kind, supportive and willing to go out of their way to help. Examples, i messaged and asked for extra pillows. I messaged and asked for almond milk to be in my room when I got there. I messaged and I asked if there was anybody that could help me with a little bit of laundry because I’ve had a little mishap. All of the above answered with a resounding of course is there anything else we can do for you. I arrivedto a beautiful welcome note & almond milk, my extra pillows, and when I asked for my laundry to be done, it was done in a matter of a few hours, perfectly folded, and brought to my room, and payment was optional! Only thing that I think would make the room better for me is a comfortable chair. There’s a good chair for working at the desk actually two different desk areas. It has kind of a nice sitting area on the terrace. But I like to read and sit up and not be in my bed and none of those places were comfortable enough for me. So the only reason I gave a four stars on comfort is, I think these rooms would be dramatically warmer feeling and more comfortable with a little comfy chair. Someplace you can put your feet up without having to lay on the bed. It could also use a little nightlight instead of the very bright overhead light that you can turn on and off from the bed.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. We loved our two bedroom apartment. We loved the terrace next to our bedroom. The location is spot on! Wonderful area, right across of the mall which is beautiful and has the best food court. We will definitely stay there again.
