Could do better
Not sure what the purpose of the doorman is but not once did they offer to open the door for us despite clearly struggling with the baby stroller and the door. Surprised by the lack of a dental kit and other amenities but at the same time liked the fruit as a welcoming gift. A bit of a walk to Al Haram but the main problem was getting in or out due to big crowds and police making trouble for our drivers. And the worst thing is soundproofing. As there are over 20 rooms on the floor you will hear every single person being extremely reckless with their doors. Some reception members didn't understand basic English and quite often there was no one there.

Cleaning staff is more professional than reception
unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the reception staff were quite disappointing. They appeared lazy and often remained tucked away in the back office, showing little initiative to assist guests. Their rudeness only added to the frustration. Additionally, I encountered a significant problem with the smoke-free policy. There were people smoking in the corridor on the 8th floor, and the smell of cigarettes permeated throughout the area, suggesting that smoking was occurring in the rooms as well. This was far from the smoke-free environment that was advertised, making my stay uncomfortable. On a brighter note, I must commend the cleaning staff for their excellent service. They were polite, hardworking, and did their jobs exceptionally well. I especially want to highlight SAKIB, who was a true gentleman—cooperative and always willing to help. It's a pity that someone with his dedication and customer service skills isn't working at the reception, where such qualities are desperately needed. With improvements in the reception area and better enforcement of the smoke-free policy, this hotel could significantly enhance the guest experience.

No one come to clean the room.No complementary water bottle provided in the room.No tea spoon provided to prepare tea. Toilet liquid soap was fully empty and no refill provided, So as bath soap!We had to ask for toilet paper!Overall very poor service with regard to the money

We included breakfast including our room price. The reception did not give us any breakfast code, or didn't even care about it. When we went for breakfast, they didn't even bother to help or find out what happened. They misbehaved with us badly and told us " no breakfast for you". We had to go to receiption back and forth to find out. Never experienced such an unprofessional and unhelpful worst service before. No sorry, don't care attitude, no smile and unfriendly behavior made me lost my senses. I can't believe how this hotel is doing business with such ignorant staff!

This hotel was absolute trash! Front desk are rude. There are literally zero amenities for $80/night you think it’ll be better. They don’t come clean the rooms at all during your stay. Never again would I book this place!
