Location is pretty good; close to the gondola and the village. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Overall the room was clean and spacious. A little dated. Washroom needs updating. Had a kitchen with everything we needed. They need to change the way they do the bedding. There was no fitted sheet. Just a flat sheet to cover the mattress. So when you move, the sheet also moved, revealing the mattress and making a “lumpy sheet” to sleep on.

The property is located in the heart of the pedestrian village. We had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 beds plus a pull out sofa. Pull out bed is very uncomfortable— probably best suited to a small child. Other than that the place was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again for sure!

Great LOCATION and a Safe Stay! We stayed during the on going Covid Pandemic and we felt safe at the hotel.We reserved two Our room had a beautiful view of the village and was such a quick The room was very clean and we had to wear masks in the corridors and in the elevator. Very quiet hotel, located in the middle of the Pedestrian village close to restaurants and to the mountain. There is a parking fee (approx 15$ per night) to be added to the price of the room paid at Hotels.com. itWe were reassured to notice that all the sanitary measures are put in place in this hotel. The room was very clean and we had to wear masks in the corridors and in the elevator. Very quiet hotel, located in the middle of the Pedestrian village close to restaurants and to the mountain. There is a parking fee (approx 15$ per night) to be added to the price of the room paid at Hotels.com.
