Evening staff was the worst. She was rude and unaccommodating. I was told our room would only be cleaned if we were staying at least five days. We were booked for three days and when I requested clean towels the front desk demanded to know why we needed new towels and what was wrong with our towels from two days ago. Completely unacceptable!

The chair cushion did not fit. Ran out of coffee in the lobby, did not offer to make more. Wouldn’t change the channel in the bar to the football game, was told to go to the lobby to watch.

Very nice room at a reasonable price. The hotel is surprisingly upscale.

The jacuzzi wasnt even working but other than that it was fine

It was a amazing stay but the whole $100 deposit caught me off guard , have yet to receive anything from them in return .

The check in was quick and the room was clean and well kept. I was however surprised that I received no maid service during my entire stay, don't know if this is a COVID policy or an oversight but not knowing is an example of poor communications from staff to guest. In addition to that communication somehow my stay was booked as 2 nights instead of 3 which resulted in my key being deactivated and the manager showing up at my room at 8:00 PM to find out who was in the room. Also I did not know if the hotel offered any type of breakfast service or not, found out when checking out Saturday morning.

Check in was great but the lady that checked us out was rude because we asked her to put on her mask which is the hotels policy.

It was awesome we loved everything. We will be coming back.
