6/10 Good

It was close to where i was working

Should be shut down

Soon as you walk in reception, the smell is nasty, our twin room was so hot, old bread behind the cabinet, bed so uncomfortable, only bathroom window was wide enough for a little breeze but couldn't leave open all night as the fire escape steps right at the window, we where meant to stay 2 nights but we left this morning... AVOID!!!!!! And to get to your room is like a maze, oh and seagulls outside the window, making noise and going in the bins, horrible experience 😑 waste of money, stains on the pillow case and towel

Bad anniversary

It was a terrible stay. The first room was absolutely terrible. Holes in the wall, live wires out the wall, chandler coming out the ceiling, bathroom floor held together by duct tape, mold on the radiator and net curtain, main curtains coming off the pole. We complained and got a different room. That was was better but the room still wasn't worth what we paid for. I would not recommend anyone stay here at all. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The only good thing about this place is the beach is super close as well as the pier. We went for our one year anniversary and to get engaged and it put a dampner on the whole holiday. I don't know how these are still operating.

Awful.

14.00 check in ?, i arrived at 14.15, no answer to the door or phone, i eventually got let in at 15.30, after spending 75 minutes at the (very nice) pizza place next door. No remote control, after investigating the screen, I'm not even sure that was a workable tv, no buttons at all, just a useless screen. The shower leaked more water than what came out the end. Nice bath though, but not any kind of bar to help anyone who needed assistance out, though there was a chair next to the bath, but i think only cos the chair could not fit anywhere near the desk, but after a bit of furniture rearranging, i managed to put chair where i would like it (next to the table). I left 1 night early, no air conditioning at all, luckily it was my 5th visit to Yarmouth this year, so didnt miss anything new. 10/10 for beach location & 10/10 for pizza place next door(nice staff & decent prices), but the hotel needs closing down.

Good price

Room comfortable , very good value my only pronlem was the steep stairs to my room and for some weird reason other guests found it a great place to stand outside my door late at night and shout at each other. My room was lacking a remote control for the tv, however was on holuday so not really needing tv, bathroom was massive and shower was nice with hot water although not very powerfull. Bed was confortable but backed onto the ventilation for the building so could be a bit noisy when on. And the pidgeons and seagulls loved roosting on all the ledges outside and had lenghthy converstions and agruments betwwen them. I had great ear plugs so wasnt such a great concern. I would recommend that if you stay in room 24 silicon ear plugs are a god send. Overall had a nice stay just a few nighles but for the price well done!

Cleanliness; In room: the bathroom and bedsheetsbwere clean and the room had been hoovered. Communal; walls recently painted, carpet very stained, but hoovered and scented. Staff; front desk man was nice; he walked us to our room. The cleaner was nice, but we checked in 4 hours after 2pm. she was still cleaning. At her request we left the room open so she could hoover. We returned 2 hours later with bags the door was unlocked. If something had gone missing, we would have been liable. Our small room: wide enough to fit three sets of bedside drawers and two single beds. A metre at the end of the beds for a table and a wardrobe. A kettle, 7 mini milks, one curdled - no best before dates. 2 mini shower gels, 2 soaps. No chairs to sit on. bathroom spacious, shower over bath, a sink and 2 small tables. 3 towels and 2 toilet rolls. saw a dining rm downstairs no b/fast offered though. lobby had 3 dining chairs. Safety

A last minute booking, but was made very welcome by the staff. Decor a little tired, but nevertheless a comfortable and quiet nights stay. Breakfast was more than ample and well cooked. We would stay here again.

Decent night stay

Stayed 1 night and had a clean functional room. comfortable, quite night sleep and a clean bathroom with good shower. Not personally botherd about decor as long as can sleep and wash. Had a towel and soap provided. but a little dated, however thats the same with pretty much most of yarmouths hotels and b&bs. Friendly member of staff who explained how to eneter, exit and showed me to my room. Would happily return.

The property is not a hotel it’s a hostel no bar as advertised on Expedia beds are out of date would not even let pets stay here you should remove this property from your listings terrible.

I certainly wouldn’t stay again the room was dirty there was condom wrapper’s behind bedside tables and what looked like human feces on bed base and strong smell of weed … I would have left straight away if I didn’t have my 6 year old grandson that just wanted to be at the seaside, even he kept saying the rooms dirty and smells! thankfully it was only for 2 nights.
