Chambre vraiment pas très propre, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé depuis un moment, des saletés ce sont accumulées dans les angles de murs,sous le lit, des toiles d'araignée de belles tailles étaient en attentes de leur plus belles victimes,un collègue dans une autres chambres a eu des punaises de lit, et pour couronner le tout j'ai retrouvé mon camion pro percé de 3 trous dans la portes latérales,quartier pas très secure

Mon avis est très mitigé car pour un formul 1 il est très bien placé met très mal entre cage escalier sale, avec une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs et les escaliers. De la moisissure sur le plafond la salle de bain. Sinon sincèrement ça suffit pour dormir ce n'est pas le grand luxe.

Arrivée lundi départ mercredi Très bien accueilli par l’accueil. Mais reveiller tous les jours par les femmes de ménage très tôt le matin mardi matin femme de ménage qui tape et qui ouvre la porte alors que nous étions au lit mercredi femme de ménage tape a la porte à 9h40 alors que départ à 12h reviennent re taper à 11h puis 3e fois à 11h40 ensuite à 12h et ouvre la porte alors qu’on se préparait à partir on lui a dit d’attendre 2 minutes car ma copine n’était pas encore habillé mais elle est rentré quand même franchement pire hôtel que j’ai faites de ma vie et pourtant j’en ai fait mais celui la plus jamais

BAD HOTEL, Staff are thieves

I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still demand a refund for the 3 nights or I call the police. Until finally their boss accepts to refund for the 3 nights and I get to sleep there for free for 3 days. We sign contracts and took pictures of staff with contracts. The next morning they pay me and throw me out. Pure idiots. Will be reported to the police for 2 things for disappeared.
Changed to a worse room.
Still have IKEA shopping cart in room.
