Great budget hotel
Very nice, clean and quiet basic hotel at a great price. Convenient to Frankfurt Main train station. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Perfect for the budget traveler.

Bad service
When I arrived to the hotel they outright informed me I had no reservation. It turned out I did. Next morning they outright informed me the breakfast is not included in the price. It was. I stayed for three nights. The towels were not changed during my stay; instead the wet towels were folded daily on my bed. I have stayed in a number of hotels around the world. This was not - by far - the cheapest. But it was - by far - the worst. It is conveniently located right next to the train station, but their service is of the most low quality.
