Very clean room. Mattress ok. pillowcases cheap and uncomfortable. Large bathroom. Plenty of towels. No garbage can in room, only in bathroom. No recycling can in the room, no fridge, no coffee maker. 4 light bulbs were out. No complimentary coffee in hall. Very small tv screen.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and very patient with our limited French, providing excellent advice on which restaurants to go to; the location was within 5 minutes of Mont Ste Anne ski resort and was close to shopping boutiques and historical places to visit. Highly recommend Auberge la Caramine as place to stay.

Room was very tired and requires some TLC. Looked like they put it together at the last minute and threw a second bed in as we we booked for family of 3. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Air conditioning was too loud; kept me awake. Late check in so the keys were left at front desk in an envelope. Only had one night table for one side of bed.

The rooms were excellent. The resturante was superior in quality and selection, the Service Superb! It would be nice to have a few extras of soap and shampoo in the bath, and a hand hold to get into and out the extra large tub. All in all, the property and the staff are well above average and we intend to stay their again when in the Quebec area.

The receptionist came down half naked in his robe; furthermore, there was a leak in the ceiling of our room that they caught a little late, they had a bucket underneath but the carpet was soaked all around the bed!
