阿爾瑪宮大飯店

房間很乾淨 地點超方便 走路到大廣場不用五分鐘 早餐歐式很簡單 但乾淨明亮 服務人員英文都很好 也很樂意幫忙(這在歐洲很難得) 唯一小缺點房間沒有冰箱

入住時由一位黑人幫忙辦理手續，他分配了一樓廚房附近的房間給我，室內無空調相當悶熱昏暗，明顯感受到種族歧視! 這間旅館除了地點便利，我絕對不會再選擇第二次

由於在鬧區，晚上很吵雜，關上窗也會吵。可選擇靠內部的房間。

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to Bruxelles Central Station, Grand Place, Mannneken Pis and Fine Arts Museum. However, the air conditioning is not stable, sometimes hot, sometimes extremely cold. You cannot control the temperature as the remote control of the air conditioning is at the check-in counter. Whenever I need to adjust the temperature of my room, I need to borrow from the staffs. I stayed for 8 nights, there were two nights to have lukewarm water for shower.

Very noisy as there is a bar underneath (our room at 2nd floor) and it's holiday! I stayed for 4 nights and hotel suggested changing a quiet room after 2 nights. We did not change as we have to pack everything again! I appreciated their suggestion anyway. Good that it's very near to central station, just a 5 mins walk. And nearby have many restaurants too.

Everything is good,but haven’t air conditioner is a big problem,specially in the summer!!

The location is great, close to the station and close to the grand place. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are nice. The only unfortunate thing during our stay was that the AC was down for the whole hotel. We wanted to open the window to cool down the room but it was too noisy down the street...

When at entrance of hotel I found a note it was closed due to Corona and was referred to sister hotel on 5ish minutes walking distance. A bit surprising as this should have been disclosed at booking. Other than that it’s a no frills hotel, smack in city center, very kind receptionist, automatic temp check (re Corona), with elevator, and clean yet small room. TV screen on the wall at foot end of the bed but to the left which is a bit inconvenient when watching tv due to the angle. Shower was OK but lacked pressure and changed cold to hot inexplicably. Good for business trip and weekend trips. Didn’t use breakfast but breakfast area looked good.

On arrival we were told there was a problem with the room and have been moved to another hotel - Their sister hotel the Aris its not far but not a nice walk at night in the rain with all our baggage! They wouldn't tell us what the problem with the room was but the Aris told us they had overbooked rooms. Not much else to review as we didn't stay here!!
