Had to book here for a business trip, can be defined as a 2 star hotel. Infrastructure and furniture are shouting for a renovation, had many problems like a flooded room due to the old A/C that sweats inside the room, someone entered by mistake in my room, front desk is small but lots of people (with no apparent reason), the wardrobe door was lose and came out in my hand. Shower is excellent and A/c was working fine despite the age and the already mentioned architectural problem. Breakfast is ok. I am sure any of those will be fixed as the hotel was full with noisy tourists.

We had a really disappointing and dissatisfying stay at this property. Upon arriving after 3 flights, all we wanted was a shower and to go to sleep. The water was freezing cold, and when we asked for help we were met with nothing and were told to wait until tomorrow. Every single night of our stay the same thing happened and we were met with nothing from the staff. Upon asking to speak with a manager, again we were told to wait for the morning, and every morning were told that the manager was not working. We booked this hotel because a safe was pictured but upon arrival, again, nothing but disappointment. There was no safe door attached and it took them 2 full days to install. In addition, WiFi only worked in the lobby and we wasted a ton of our (quite expensive) cellular package as a result. The staff did not help with anything and we got 0 compensation from the hotel. We paid a premium price for a very below average stay and would not recommend at all.

Mesmo sendo um quarto para um pessoa, é bem pequeno. Acho que uma cadeira e mesa fazem alguma falta. Sem controle de ar condicionado, que deve ser ligado diretamente no painel. A propósito, bem ruidoso. Como estava razoavelmente frio no Rio (coisa rara), não fez muita fala. Limpeza ok, na minha opinião.

Os quartos nao condizem com as imagens, o quarto é minusculo e o armário é menor ainda. O Café da manhã deixa a desejar, não tinha nem pão de queijo. Os quartos não são isloados acustimente, voce escuta a rua o dia inteiro e as varandas dos quartos são dividas (porcamente) com o quarto do lado. A qualidade geral do hotel não condiz nem com a região e nem com o preço. O Atendimento dos funcionários é o que salva, são super solicitos e simpáticos.
