The staff could not have been more helpful, they were totally sympathetic to our situation of a holiday without luggage doing small things like giving us toothbrushes and charging up our phone when we arrived late Sunday evening. They gave us a recommended route for a walking tour around the city. The three course evening meal in their restaurant on the Sunday evening was fantastic value and very good. The location for getting around Bruges could not have been better - a 10 minute walk through a park to get to train station, 3 minutes from start of shopping centre, and an ideal position from which to walk no more than10 minutes to virtually all the sites. Location also nice and quiet because on precinct

Stayed he for the Beer Festival perfect spot. The room was comfortable and clean. They do have a good continental breakfast (12.50 euro) with helpful service. Will look to stay again

Traditional hotel with restaurant attached, handily close to t'Zand and the concert hall, and within easy reach of the old city and canals.Also within walking distance of the station.

Excellent location, really helpful staff and we recommend the restaurant next to the hotel (they have a special deal for hotel guests).
