The check in was horrific. The person at the from desk was incompetent and billed me for someone else’s reservation. She was easily confused. The property is great, they did a nice job with the remodel, and the location is perfect. Free parking is a PLUS!

Outstanding Quality Stay
Two night stay was outstanding- the motel was the standard of a boutique hotel and close to the Castro district. Room was clean and newly modernised. The bathroom was particularly good with a double shower stall and plentiful toiletries provided. Very helpful reception staff with local information and recommendations. Would stay again visiting San Francisco.

Cool motel
Lovely motel, close to supermarket and muni stops and in a pretty cool bit of town. Room was nice and clean with good bath/shower products and a coffee machine.

Expected more
expected a bit more, i booked a queen size room and what I got was a tiny space with what seemed like a full. Interior was bare bones. Friendly staff, but that was about it.
