Welcoming Watson.
The Watson Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size with all the facilities that are required (except for an iron, I like to have an iron on my room). We loved the Watson. Beautiful room, excellent central location and the view from the rooftop pool was spectacular. Service was the best part of this stay, Sao Bang at the front desk was especially kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Halong Bay Area!

Really happy with the service. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. They organised a bike rental for me promptly when I called reception. The Watson Hotel in Halong fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is exceptional, particularly at reception desk where two ladies went above and beyond to assist me. I want to especially commend Joycee and Jenny, who are true assets to the hotel. The food is outstanding, both for dinner and breakfast, with a plentiful breakfast buffet. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious and offered a stunning view of the bay. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym, and my room was impeccably cleaned throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place.
