Excellent location, close to bus stops, restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were clean and well ventilated. However, some of the showers did not drain properly and restrooms are not always stocked with toilet paper or paper towels.

Os quartos e banheiros estavam limpos. A área da cozinha, tinha café, água quente, chás, mesas para refeições, sofá. A internet funcionava bem. Pela localização maravilhosa próxima de tudo, não tem estacionamento e tudo é pago, encontrei um estacionamento coberto para pernoitar mais economico na Vitatorg.

Perfekt lokation, og super fint, hvis man gerne vil bo billigt og nemt i centrum af Reykjavik. Alt foregik digitalt, så vi snakkede ikke med noget servicepersonale på noget tidspunkt. Men ellers fint og rent - toilet og bad på gangen.

Rigtig dejlig placering i centrum. Det var let at følge anvisningen om personalefri ind- og udtjekning, og det var fint med opbevaring til bagage. Sengen var rigtig god og værelset fint og rent- Fælles badet kunne godt have brugt noget vedligeholdelse og hyppigere rengøring.

There is no staff working at any time during our stay, although the self check in process is simple it is hard to get a hold of them to correct any issues you may have with staying there. A lot of good money spent to have to use a washroom with no lights and no toilet paper and by the morning no paper towel towels. Yes very easy to go to another floor to use another washroom, but an inconvenience in the middle of the night. Have to stress nowhere in their advertisement did I notice it is shared washroom facilities but even so keep up so all guest can enjoy them

I booked due to it being walking distance to the port- well not from the Viking port it is about 40 minutes by car. There are stairs only- and no staff to ask anything - it’s all do it yourself. We had a sink on our room that smelled and gurgles when anyone showers or flushes. A shared WC / toilet shower. No staff onsite until check out, then they pound on your door to leave. It was expensive for no amenities - in fact after hauling luggage up and down all the stairs it made my trip harder. if you are 50+ avoid, it’s NOT convenient at all.

Very basic guesthouse. Bed was good. One electrical outlet in the room--had to unplug the lamp to plug in my phone charger. Electronic locks on room doors are a bit fussy--especially ridiculous if you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night! ALL the door hinges in the place could use a bit of oil--not a huge deal in the off season, but I would get annoyed very quickly by all the noisy/squeaky doors when occupancy is high.

It’s basically a student hostel which although really excellent located, still is overpriced what you get - tiny rooms with the sink and shared bathrooms in a narrow dungeon corridor Much more seriously is that the maintenance is subpar bathrooms like toilet paper or some cases were missing switches and couldn’t. My door lock didn’t work and late afternoon and I was sitting there for 20 minutes trying to send the messages calling them. Nothing I finally got through with what’s up and they gave me a new code. That also didn’t work sometimes so every time I came back from an activity I just hope I could get in at night. It was fine but whenever I got a bad night or took a shower, I kept the door open so was sure I could get back in. Clearly, this kind of situations where there’s no one to talk to and poor maintenance maybe better off a little bit more expensive but probably maintain place
