Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful stay at the Parkhotel Luna in Bolzano. The location is ideal for someone like myself, as I came to town on the train and walked everywhere. The hotel is located right around the corner to the shopping and restaurant center. You can also walk in 10 minutes to and from the train station, the Archaeological Museum and Funvia tram station. An excellent breakfast is available each morning in the hotel restaurant. I want to give a compliment to the waitstaff in the restaurant who were extremely polite and attentive to me, a solo English speaking traveler with poor Italian language skills! In addition, the desk attendant was so kind as to keep my luggage for me as I arrived early before check-in time and wanted to grab lunch in town without the burden of my bags. Thank you to all and I highly recommend this elegant hotel when you visit Bolzano.

Not worth the money

Airconditioning broken for our entire stay, and the hotel made no attempts to right the situation. They waved it off saying nothing could be done when we asked to move to another floor/ or room with working AC. With the heat and no air flow (very old Hotel) it was very difficult to sleep at night. Not worth the money at all. We stayed at 2 & 3 star hotels throughout our trip, and this place was somehow worse despite its "4 star" status.

Excellent accommodation

Cleanliness was impeccable. Staff was very friendly. Covered parking is very conveniently located next to the hotel with direct access to the lobby.

Very beautiful hotel located centrally in Bolzano. Easy to walk to and great staff who will take care of you. Highly recommend for those visiting! It was easy to navigate to Dolomites as well.

Relaxing Comfortable Hotel

Upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony overlooking a large, shady garden. Staff were very helpful and had excellent English language. Hotel was stylish, comfortable with a good vibe. Dined at the 'shared plate' restaurant, not our understanding of shared plate dining. Fully recommend this hotel for a relaxing accommodation to return to after sight seeing.

An elegant old world experience.

This is a grand old hotel that has been impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and elegantly appointed. True, it did not have a view from the window, but that was easily remedied the minute you stepped out: the hotel has a beautiful setting and it sits in a lovely little park. The bar was also elegant--the staff was quick to bring drinks (reasonably priced) out to the garden for a lovely twilight experience. We tried the breakfast and the lunch at the hotel restaurant. Both were first class. There is a sauna and a "salt cave" but it was not sauna weather. The staff was professional and welcoming.
