Tremendous hotel in the heart of Luzern. Close to many shops, restaurants, bridges and so much more. Incredibly friendly service. This was an exceptionally nice hotel in the perfect location. Just a short walk from the train station and close to everything. My husband and I enjoyed a romantic 2 days in this gorgeous little city. We took the train to Mt. Pilatus and really enjoyed the cheese fondue locally. The room was spacious and elegant. The bedding was very comfortable.

It’s a beautiful building right on the water. Back of the hotel faces a cobblestone square which leads to old town. So convenient to everything. Staff at front desk could not have been more helpful with a walking map and booking ticket for a boat tour.
