No air conditioning during the vinter.
We had a problem with high temperature in our room during the whole duration of our stay. In the description on hotels.com it clearly states that the room has air conditioning, however this is not the case during the winter part of the year. Do to my father’s condition with noise sensitivity we were not able to open the windows during the night. We were then left with a room with nearly no ventilation and high temperatures. When we addressed this issue with the hotel staff we experienced some help, however it was not adequate. We are left wondering why they just couldn’t turn on the air conditioning? When we asked the reception about the air conditioning, they did not give us any information about why it was not possible to turn it on. It was not until we spoke with one of the maintenance guys that we were told that the air conditioning was only turned on during the summer. If comfort and good service is important for you, I would recommend staying away from this hotel.

Points positifs: Bient situé, Très propre, Déco sympa et personnel très agréable Points négatifs : rideaux laissant passer la lumière, légèrement bruyant mais largement supportable, une lampe ne fonctionnait pas. Petit déjeuner complet, manquait juste un peu de charcuterie.

Se faire surprendre... un luxe dans l'hotellerie.
Bravo pour l'accueil, le sourire et le service apporté à l'occasion de l'excellent petit déjeuner. La décoration est super sympa, moderne et .. délicieusement surprenante. La literie est excellente, la salle de bains bien équipée. Côté moins, je cherche encore une seconde applique à la tête de lit de notre chambre 16 et que dire de l'encastrement du bloc clim :).

Hôtel de bonne qualité mais chambre numéro 1 à evi
Personnes de la réception très aimables . Malheureusement ma chambre au RDC (numéro 1) donnait sur le hall d’accueil et la rue donc très bruyant ( calme de 1h a 5h environ ). Sinon chambre moderne , très propre et literie très confortable .Petit dej ok , emplacement très bien .

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war schön angerichtet und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Persönlich habe ich Wurst nicht vermisst, aber es gab auch keine. Auf Nachhaltigkeit wurde Rücksicht genommen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Eine Handtuchheizung im Bad habe ich vermisst.

Hotel sympa et bien placé pres d'Alesia et la porte d'orleans. Déco moderne, mais insonorisation perfectible, en particulier la chambre 2 au rez de chaussée qui se trouve dans le passage du hall d'entrée.

La habitación es pequeñita, pero es un hotel de 3 estrellas. El personal es encantador, y abajo tiene un jardín ideal para sentarse a charlar por la noche. Al lado está el metro 4, cambias al 6 y voila, estás junto al Sena y al lado De la Torre Eifel. . . O paseas 4 km

La chambre N2 est bloquée entre les toilettes du hall d’accueil et la salle du petit dej, du bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin et ça recommence à 5h pour les 1ers départs et la mise en place de petit dej. Jamais passé une nuit aussi bruyante. Dommage car la chambre est super et l’hôtel également

Hotel sympatique
hotel bien placé pour les transports et les commerces, chambre confortable et jolie décoration . Accueil tres sympathique par le personnel. en revanche l'insonorisation serait à améliorer (bruits de pas au dessus, tv).
