Our stay at Hôtel des Augustins was perfect in every way. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This is such a beautiful historic property. We feel fortunate to have found this hotel for our stay in Aix-en-Provence. In addition to our beautiful accommodations the hotel placed us within easy walking distance to the sights and experiences we had hope for in Aix. We were close to many amazing cafés (staff helped with recommendations), close to historic sights, close to lots of shopping -there’s something for everyone - and close-enough to the train station to help us get to our next destination. I believe we had what the hotel calls a classic room which was comfortable, clean, and functional. That’s all we needed.
